👋 Welcome! The objective of this page is to give a quick overview of Endeavour, it’s mission, work and how to use Mission Control (the home of everything).

📝 Summary

Our Endeavour CIC, known as Endeavour, was founded in 2023 in the UK with a clear mission: sustainable positive change, together.
The vision for Endeavour is: a worldwide democracy, a sustainable foundation to existing human systems, and rapid innovation of our issues.
Endeavour is starting small (mostly in Greater Manchester & Lincolnshire) but intends to cautiously grow whilst learning and actively involving members of the community.
To achieve Endeavour’s mission, we create digital or physical products and services which are bundled into Projects, Companies, Campaigns or Investments.
Everyone is encouraged to: become a supporter (for free); report issues they hear, see and experience; suggest ideas on how to fix these issues; and contribute however else you can.
Mission Control is the name of the website where you can access all of Endeavour’s research, work, people, supporter information, contribution ideas and audit details.

🤔 What is Endeavour?

Our Endeavour CIC is a Charitable Incorporated Company founded in 2023 in the UK.

Being a CIC means:

“CICs are limited companies which operate to provide a benefit to the community they serve. The purpose of a CIC is primarily one of community benefit rather than private profit.” - GOV.UK

Our mission, or “community benefit” statement is: sustainable positive change, together.

Whilst we operate as a CIC, the vision of Endeavour is much larger:

A Worldwide Democracy: Everyone has an irrevocable right to be a member. Our leaders, strategies and resource allocation will be decided by members. This form of governance is known as direct democracy.
A Sustainable Foundation: A strong ethical foundation to all our current systems: free markets, representative democracies and international unions. We can be a countermeasure to all of these, as a balance to keep each other in check.
Rapid Innovation: A process and attitude to getting issues resolved quickly. Notice it, discuss it, work on it and resolve it, with or without Endeavour's organisational assistance.
