We’re building Atlas: an open, centralised online database designed to help disabled adults, children, and their carers easily find residential, educational, and recreational opportunities. Service providers will be able to create profiles and list their offerings, while users can freely explore and access the details they need.

Scope

User Accounts & Profiles
- All users (individuals, carers, and suppliers) can register and manage personal or organisational profiles.
- Linked accounts to allow carers to manage activities for dependents
- Provide access to carers on a needs-basis to ensure transparency of important details
Supplier Listings
- Service providers can list opportunities in categories including:
  - Residential (e.g. supported housing)
  - Educational (e.g. adult learning centres)
  - Recreational (e.g. art classes, accessible gyms)
  - Other community services
- Listings will include:
  - Custom tags and filters (e.g. accessibility level, location, cost)
  - External reputation links (e.g. CQC, Trustpilot, Google Reviews)
  - Integrated booking system for viewings, appointments, and activities
User Interaction
- Users can:
