Overview

The creation of a natural language chatbot, hereby referred to as Luna, which can provide assistance through information or action to users who need support with understanding entitlement, process and law regarding benefits and other support methods.

Luna will have a staged release approach to improve the capabilities of the software with time.

Scope

A Natural Language Chatbot that allows users to ask questions about entitlement, process and law regarding access to benefits and other Government/Local Authority assistance.
Connectivity with Atlas so users are able to ask Luna what activities, education and residential properties are available in the area they select.
Provide recommendations to users of relevant organisations, local or national, that can be of further assistance.
A continuously growing feature set that allows Luna to perform specific tasks for users such as completing, submitting and tracking paperwork, or make Luna more accessible such as incorporating British Sign Language via an avatar.
